At present, we are supplying our UK customer base from our warehouse in Sydney Australia.

Our warehouse is connected to an international DHL hub, and orders are generally in flight to the UK within one business day.

The DHL/The Eternity Rose computer connectivity sees all orders customs cleared whilst in flight, and all VAT and duty is paid by us. A DHL van then meets the aircraft at Heathrow, and the order is generally delivered within 72 hours (during the business week) when the package has shipped. You will be emailed a DHL tracking number on the day your order is shipped so you can track its progress.

We also have a London address if you wish to return the product. We are now using this supply route for the UK rather than local stocking as it is highly efficient and remarkably reliable. Orders arrive quicker this way on average, than via most UK ground freight.

PLEASE NOTE - like all online suppliers who rely on transport systems, we are subject to the vagaries of third-party logistics. Occasional delays can occur due to peak periods or inclement weather, so we recommend that you build in adequate delivery buffer time relative to the importance of your gift occasion.

How quickly are orders processed?

Orders are generally processed within one business day of order placement. Most orders are despatched within 24 hrs of order placement. We email tracking details to customers for all despatched orders, at around 8:00am each business day morning.

What is the average delivery time?

Currently, our average time for delivery across the UK is 2.5 days upon shipment. Close to 98% of all orders arrive within three business days.

Please Note: Remote regions may take longer than the average delivery time.

Do customers pay a delivery cost for orders placed online?

All freight costs are covered for orders placed online. Customers do not incur any shipping related costs at all.

How do customers track orders once they are placed?

We email tracking details at around 8:00am each day for all orders despatched in the previous 24hr period.

What if the recipient is unavailable to accept delivery of the order?

A signature from the recipient is required upon delivery. If this is going to pose a problem, we recommend that you have the item be delivered to a workplace address, or a nearby friend or relative.

However, in any event that the recipient is not available, the freighter will issue a calling card with details about how to organise a pick-up or re-delivery.

Can orders be delivered to a post office?

Unfortunately, our carrier DHL is unable to deliver to a post office box. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is an attended residential address, or alternatively a work address.
